    "I first met Reggie in late 2022 while desperately searching for a contractor to complete a few final tasks on a full home renovation I was managing for my sister. She had been out of her home for over a year and was eager to return in time for Christmas. Finding someone willing to take on those last few jobs was nearly impossible—until a chance encounter with Reggie in a local store parking lot changed everything.

    Despite having never met us before, Reggie agreed to come by and take a look. Not only did he take on the work, but he also made it his mission to ensure my sister was back in her home before Christmas. That level of kindness and dedication spoke volumes. He didn’t have to care—but he did.

  • Budget aware and fully transparent!

    " We hired Reggie (Renovation by the Sea) to do a fairly major renovation at our home in Charlottetown. The renovation included a complete kitchen re-do, and creating a few smaller functional spaces (laundry room, small bathroom, larger entry, hall closet) out of a larger space that wasn’t serving our household very well.

    On a work level, Reggie and his crew were great to work with. They were practical, not wasteful, easy to have around, and conscious that we were still living in the house while this work was happening. And they cleaned up the work site every day before they left!

    On a personal level, Reggie is wonderful to work with. He has a great sense of humour, displayed a great patience with our many questions throughout the project, and never got flustered when things might be going sideways.

    I really appreciate that Reggie was budget aware and offered options with that in mind. Reggie is a great problem solver, and does so in a way that is solid, safe, looks good, and doesn’t break the bank. He invoiced us weekly, and his invoices were clear and he was always open to questions if we had any.

    Over the past several months I recommended Reggie to friends and neighbors for small jobs they had, and I would not hesitate to call on him again if needed."

    “What amazing work Reggie and his team does! He built a garage that will last forever due to high quality craftsmanship and care. He’s honest and truly loves what he does and an added treat was when his dog visited us.
